Intelligent Beings Are Visiting Planet Earth and The Pentagon Refers To Them as "The Visitors"

A TOP SECRET BLACK-BUDGET SECRET SPACE PROGRAM THAT’S REVERSED-ENGINEERED EXTRATERRESTRIAL TECHNOLOGY?

Yes, there are still many who would instantaneously think you’re completely bonkers for even contemplating any truth to the title above, but that comes from a place of innocent ignorance. It’s easy to dismiss something without properly investigating the subject for yourself, and the thought of an idea like this still remaining in the category of a “fringe” type of topic is unsettling. The masses continue to ignore a tremendous amount of evidence that points to the fact that we are not alone, and that we’ve actually been visited.

“Read the books, read the lore, and start to understand what has really been going on here, because there is no doubt that we are being visited.” Dr. Edgar Mitchell (Apollo 14)
Why is this important? Well, it has tremendous implications in all fields, from history to science to energy and more. Unfortunately we’ve been bombarded with the idea of alien invasions, little green men and alien propaganda, which is probably a big reason as to why so many people have such a hard time even considering it as a possibility.

Behind the scenes, high ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs. But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense.” Former head of CIA, Roscoe Hillenkoetter, 1960

Theodor C. Loder III, Phd, Professor Emeritus of Earth Sciences, University of New Hampshire, writes in a paper he made public in 2011:

“Intelligent beings from other star systems have been and are visiting our planet Earth. They are variously referred to as Visitors, Others, Star People, Et’s, etc…They are visiting Earth now; this is not a matter of conjecture or wistful thinking”

2011 is about the same time more and more recognized academics started to speak up. Dr. Brian O’leary, Former Princeton Physics professor is a great example when he basically said the same thing.

There are literally hundreds of these people, from academic to political and military backgrounds all the way to astronauts that have been blowing the whistle for a very long time. Scientific publications (many) have also been made throughout the years describing strange and radar confirmed military sightings by military pilots.

According to Herman Oberth, one of the founding fathers of rocketry and astronautics, “flying saucers are real and . . . they are space ships from another solar system. I think that they possibly are manned by intelligent observers who are members of a race that may have been investigating our Earth for centuries.” (Oberth, Hermann: “Flying Saucers Come from a Distant World,” The American Weekly, October 24, 1954)

These programs exist and are known as Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”

Last but not least, we have officially released documents (previously classified) detailing various encounter with UFOs. Here is one out of many examples that we’ve covered in the past.

I just wanted to provide a little bit of background information about the “secret space” program and what could be going on in it. For a deeper look into the subject, below is a great lecture given by researcher Richard Dolan.

The Final Revelation - Secret Military & Government Knowledge About UFOs and Aliens

Military and Intelligence Officers Discuss Government’s Secret Knowledge of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life & UFOs

HARTFORD, CT -  Aug, 2016 - Is the U.S. government suppressing information about UFOs and extraterrestrial life? Many people believe there is a conspiracy within the U.S. Government and the military to withhold information regarding UFOs from the public. There is a considerable amount of circumstantial evidence that shows both the intelligence community and military have been involved in the investigation of UFOs since the 1940s as well as statements from former military personnel that cannot be ignored. Even the CIA released declassified reports regarding their involvement in UFO investigations; involvement, that for many years, the CIA denied ever occurred. When a high-ranking military officer was asked, “Why doesn’t the government show more interest in UFOs?” ”How much time would you spend investigating a question to which you already know the answer?" was his response.

In the new book,  THE FINAL REVELATION: The Sun Project former military and intelligence sources reveal their experience regarding the governments knowledge of the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life including previously unknown facts regarding Roswell, the truth about alien abductions and some of the most infamous UFO incidents in history as well as the secrets the church has known for thousands of years, and disturbing evidence concerning extraterrestrial involvement in human evolution and the future of the human race.

For UFO believers and skeptics alike, the information presented will challenge the reader’s sense of reality and change the way in which one views the world. Everything we have been taught tells us this is not possible. Even true believers will question their convictions and struggle to accept the reality presented here. And, admittedly some of this information raises more questions than it answers. But, as we are learning more about the Universe the real question has become, “Why not?”

These highly regarded sources address some of the most popular topics concerning the UFO phenomenon including recently discovered Roswell Base Logs and Reports, what is real and what is not regarding some of the most infamous UFO Reports like the Hudson Valley sightings and the flying triangles as well as classified reports concerning UFO Abduction Cases such as Betty and Barney Hill and Travis Walton, the Apollo 13 mystery, the government’s weapon’s initiatives for Managing an ET threat including the Inspiration for the HAARP Project, the Church’s Long-Standing Involvement in the UFO Phenomenon and association with the notorious Men in Black, secret programs for achieving Global Dominance using the ET Advantage, and evidence of ET Involvement in Human Evolution & the Ecosystem.

UFOs Are Monitoring Our Nuclear Facilities - New Film Bring Forward Hundreds of Witnesses

I-Team: New film claims UFOs monitored nuclear weapons

Officially, the U.S. government ended its study of UFOs in 1969 because -- it assured the public -- there is no proof the phenomena represents a threat to national security.

But what if these unknown aircraft showed an interest in our nuclear weapons?

Multiple Military Witness Have Seen UFOs

A group of more than 150 military veterans, missile officers, and security personnel, including many who worked at the Nevada Test Site, say they've seen mystery intruders over nuclear facilities.

In the darkest days of the Cold War, atomic weapons were routinely exploded above ground at the Nevada Test Site, the most nuked placed on earth.

In 1955, 14 A-bombs were detonated as part of Operation Teapot, witnessed by thousands of military personnel in trenches, and by thousands of test site employees. But there were other observers as well.

"It was what we called flying saucers. They were pretty prevalent at the test site back then," said a former test site photographer.

At least a dozen former test site employees have told similar stories about unknown aircraft showing up hours or days after an atomic blast.

Forty Years of Fact Finding

Author and investigator Robert Hastings has spent more than 40 years locating and interviewing military veterans, missile officers, and others who worked in various parts of the atomic weapons program, more than 150 of them so far. They've all told the same story.

"That, in fact, UFOs have routinely monitored our nuclear weapons dating back decades and that, on occasion, apparently have interfered with the functionality of those weapons," Hastings said.

In addition to the eyewitness accounts, thousands of pages of formerly-classified documents have been released to buttress these stories.

The I-Team's own Freedom of Information Act request filed in 1992 produced a thick stack of documents from the Department of Energy, indicating UFO incidents over every major atomic weapons facility dating to the late 1940s, over Los Alamos national lab, where the bombs were designed, over Hanford, where the plutonium was processed, but DOE has no records of any official sightings over what later became the Nevada Test Site. Hastings however, has found plenty.

"Civilians living near the proving grounds observed UFOs sometimes flying in formations and reported them to the ....."

New UFO Documentary

This is a clip from a new documentary, the culmination of Hastings' years of research. The film includes chilling incidents where UFOs have not only infiltrated restricted airspace over nuclear missile bases, but on occasion, have disabled ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles) and put the military on high alert. In one dramatic incident from the film, military photographers using telescopic lenses watched a UFO disable a warhead used in a missile test fired from Vandenberg.

"Flying over the Pacific suddenly this domed disc came into frame, circled the warhead, which is flying at 8 or 10,000 miles-per-hour, shot four beams of light at it, whereupon the dummy warhead fell into the Pacific Ocean and the UFO left the vicinity," Hastings said.

UFO incidents at the Nevada Test Site became so routine, according to a former security officer named Walter Levine, that teams were assigned the job of specifically looking for them from inside a specially-equipped building at Indians Springs Air Force Base now known as Creech. Levine told Hastings:

Disc Shaped, Square Shaped UFOs

"They were all luminous, they were disc-shaped, some of them were square-shaped. We were to pick up a telephone in this little shack. There was no dial tone. A voice would just come on. We would read off all these coordinates, the direction of the object, etcetera, then when we wrote this stuff down on a piece of paper, we were to burn the paper in a trash can in the shack," Hastings said.

The government ended atomic weapons tests years ago, but Nevada incidents continue. Former security officers at Area 2 at Nellis Air Force Base, for years a storage facility for up to 200 nuclear warheads, have reported multiple intrusions by unknown aircraft from the late 1990s through 2004.

What is the Motivation of the UFO Occupants

Who's behind these incidents and why?

"Who knows what their motivation is?" Hastings said.

Similar incidents have been reported in the UK, India, Pakistan and other nuclear powers. In the 1990s, the I-Team traveled to Russia twice and obtained classified documents about frightening incidents there.

China's Area 51 Holds Many Secrets

China’s own Area 51 could be harboring secrets of UFO activity believes an alien hunter (Video)

We all know that United States has been hiding a certain area called Area 51 from its citizens for almost a century. What we didnt know was that China also has its very own Area 51!
A series of strange structures situated in the middle of nowhere in the Gobi desert have stumped just about everyone.
The central point is a bizarre “Stonehenge-like” circle that comprises of three aircraft, which the narrator cannot recognize.
The aircraft are all pointing towards the outside. , look at the time lapse on Google Earth, you can see that the number of planes there falls from four to three between 2005 and 2015, despite the fact that there are no tracks left behind, nor there is any runway near it. In other words, there are no tracks that points out where the disappeared vehicles have gone.
aircraft
He asks: “I’m no aviation expert, but I have to say that these aircraft look very strange to me. These tilted inwards wings, is this some kind of military jet?”
In addition, there is a mysterious square formation with jagged lines running through it towards the right of the patch of aircraft.
square
Some consider that this may be a secretive code that extra-terrestrial beings can pick up in the air.
Further, more secret is added to the outwardly random arrangement of the ‘base,’ due to there is “some kind of landing strip” that is not linked to anything.
Baffled for an explanation, the narrator asks: “Does the Chinese government know what’s going on here? Is there a reason why it is out in the middle of the desert?”
runway
While some believe that it is China’s version of Area 51 and a secret military base, others have opted for a more reasonable explanation.
One commenter wrote: “It’s an old bombing area. No burn marks because the jets have been there since the MIGs [Russian aircraft] were in use. They’re measuring the blast radius.”

The only way to resolve the puzzle and to determine if there is really a military black site that contains UFOs or other items of alien technology, would be to go there and to see for ourselves, which seems unlikely. Therefore, we can only wait to see if the speed with which photos are circulated around the world will encourage some sources to disclose more details on the top secret Chinese Area 51.

What Are Military Pilots Told To Do When They See A UFO?

US AIR FORCE PILOT SPEAKS OUT ABOUT WHAT HE WAS ORDERED TO DO WHEN THE MILITARY TRACKED A UFO

“Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead we, or at least some of some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after. The inevitable result was that some of our planes were lost, but how many were due to retaliation, and how many were a result of our own stupidity, is a moot point.” – Paul Hellyer, Former Canadian Defense Minister (source)

If there is one thing that’s extremely obvious, it’s the fact that the UFO issue is an international matter which concerns each and every one of us. There have been hundreds, if not thousands, of military encounters with UFOs that we know of so far, though this only became known in the ‘mainstream’ world a few short years ago when dozens of governments around the world decided to release thousands of pages of UFO-related documents to the public domain. For example, here is the latest batch, released by the United Kingdom in June of 2013. Prior to this release, the presence UFOs was still thought to belong to the realm of conspiracy theories, but thanks to this release, more and more people are starting to take this issue seriously. According to former White House Chief of StaffJohn Podesta, the existence of UFOs is a “fascinating phenomenon, the nature of which is yet to be determined.”

“This thing has gotten so highly-classified… it is just impossible to get anything on it. I have no idea who controls the flow of need-to-know because, frankly, I was told in such an emphatic way that it was none of my business that I’ve never tried to make it to be my business since. I have been interested in this subject for a long time and I do know that whatever the Air Force has on the subject is going to remain highly classified.” – Senator Barry Goldwater, Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee (source)

Again, large portion of these documents detail military encounters with UFOs. For example, a Defense Intelligence Agency document describes a UFO encounter reported by two F-4 interceptor pilots. Keep in mind, these objects are not only seen by pilots, but they are also tracked and confirmed by radar on the planes and on the ground. There is often visual confirmation by the pilots who are sent to check the object out as well. During this encounter, the pilots experienced critical instrumentation and electronics loss as they approached the object, and when they turned away from it all instrumentation and communications came back online.

“As the F-4 approached a range of 25 nautical miles it lost all instrumentation and communications. When the F-4 turned away from the object and apparently was no longer a threat to it, the aircraft regained all instrumentation and communications. Another brightly lighted object came out of the original object. The second object headed straight toward the F4. ”(source)

You can read more about, and find multiple examples regarding the military and UFOs, in the article below:

This Is What Happens When A “UFO” Is Tracked On Military Radar

This is commonly how these situations play out, and as Richard Dolan, author and one of the world’s leading experts on UFOs, stated at the Citizens Hearing On Disclosure, many pilots have actually lost their lives after being ordered to intercept these objects. Whether this was a result of critical instrumentation failure or something else seems to be unknown at this time. Paul Hellyer said, in the same speech that’s sourced in his quote above, that after pilots were losing their lives (because of critical electronic failure), the UFOs actually started to take corrective measures to avoid our aircraft.

Some have postulated that the magnetic fields around the craft of the UFOs were too intense for our technology.

” Everything is in a process of investigation both in the United States and in Spain, as well as the rest of the world. The nations of the world are currently working together in the investigation of the UFO phenomenon. There is an international exchange of data.” – General Carlos Castro Cavero (1979). From “UFOs and the National Security State, Volume 2,″ written by Richard Dolan.

Hearing From The Actual Pilot

Below is a video of Milton Torress speaking at the National Press Club shortly after the UK government released the file that detailed the encounter. He was kept silent for decades, but now he is an excellent example of someone with firsthand experience who can provide a detailed, eyewitness description.

Here’s what he experienced.

“It could stop, it could absolutely stand still, and it could go Mack 10 or more in any direction.”

New Wikileaks Document Says UFOs Conceal Their Shapes Near Military Bases

WIKILEAKS CABLE REVEALS FLYING “MACHINES” THAT “OBSCURE” THEIR SHAPE SPOTTED NEAR MILITARY INSTALLATIONS

It is more common that you might think for Unidentified Flying Objects to be seen at military installations around the world. Two well-known examples out of many such encounters include the incident at Minot Air Force base and another at RAF Bentwaters military base. Documents that have been released into the public domain indicate multiple instances of UFO sightings have occurred, and they have been both seen and tracked on radar. Significantly, their appearance at military sites also coincides with interference of critical weapons systems, like nuclear warheads.

“There is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilizations. [And] it behooves us, in case some of these people in the future or now should turn hostile, to find out who they are, where they come from, and what they want. This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation and not the subject of ‘rubishing’ by tabloid newspapers.” (source) – Lord Admiral Hill-Norton, Former Chief of Defence Staff, 5 Star Admiral of the Royal Navy, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee

This is why defence intelligence agencies have demonstrated such a high level of interest in UFOs; there are literally thousands of now unclassified documents detailing incredible encounters. Here is a great example of a declassified document detailing what happens when the military has an encounter with a UFO.

“As the F-4 approached a range of 25 nautical miles it lost all instrumentation and communications. When the F-4 turned away from the object and apparently was no longer a threat to it, the aircraft regained all instrumentation and communications. Another brightly lighted object came out of the original object. The second object headed straight toward the F4.” (source)

Another great example comes from Canada, when pilots were flying in a formation of four F86 Sabre jet aircraft. One of the pilots described the phenomenon as a “bright light which was sharply defined as disk-shaped,” that looked like “a shiny silver dollar sitting horizontal.” Another pilot managed to photograph the object. Dr. Jacques Vallee, notable for co-developing the first computerized mapping of Mars for NASA, and for his work at SRI International on the network information center for ARPANET, a precursor to the modern Internet, also published a paper in the Journal of Scientific Exploration titled “Estimates of Optical Power Output in Six Cases Of Unexplained Ariel Objects With Defined Luminosity Characteristics.” (source)(source) In the paper, you can see the picture of the object as well as read his description of similar strange anomalies.

Thousands of these encounters have occurred over previous decades. For more details and documents, you can read an article we published a couple of years ago titled, “This Is What Happens When The Military Tracks A UFO On Radar.

Wikileaks Document

I just want to make it clear that there are better examples of such incidents than the few mentioned in Wikileaks cables, though there are indeed multiple Wikileaks documents which reference UFOs and show a level of interest from defence agency personnel. One of them is titled, “Unidentified Flying Objects Over Algeria,” and it provides details regarding the Secretary General of The Ministry of Defense, Colonel Abdelhamid Latrech, and his interest in “strange machines which had been maneuvering over Alergian airspace in recent weeks.”

The document outlines how these strange objects had “been seen near military installations by responsible people.” The “responsible people” list is blocked out and states “Limited Official Use,” because the people in question are military personnel. Hundreds of these people have come forward publicly, however, and here is one example.

The cable goes on to explain that the object was both seen and tracked on radar, and reveals that the Colonel said “the object had been seen five times” and “on one occasion it had remained visible for over two hours.”

It further outlines how the object “had been seen twice near Oran, once in center of country, once near Bechar and, most recently, off the coast last night.” The interesting thing to note here is that this object had multiple visual confirmations. It is described as having a “very bright light which obscures its shape.” It was also noted that it “maneuvers and has been seen to land and take off” and changes altitude continually.

You can read the whole report here.

Again, this is one of multiple incidents, and there are more telling documents out there detailing other verified encounters that are just as, or even more, astonishing.

“Behind the scenes, high ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs. But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense.” Former head of the CIA, Roscoe Hillenkoetter, 1960 (source, NY Times)

Incredibly Bizarre UFO Footage Taken Near Mysterious Wright Patterson Air Force Base

Bizarre 'UFO craft' Near Military Base Goes Viral

The craft was seen floating in the sky close to the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base
The base has been the subject of multiple sightings since the end of WWII

Footage has emerged that appears to show a UFO flying over a US military base.

The video, which was uploaded to YouTube, was shot by a couple in Dayton, Ohio, as they were watching the sunset from their home.

The film shows a mystery object in the sky, floating in the air with its pointed end facing downwards, along with strange markings along the side of the craft.

The woman, who was filming the object on her phone remarks: 'What the f*** is that?', before adding: 'It looks like it's moving with the clouds.'
The footage was captured last week near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio
The craft is seen remaining still, hovering as it appears to float in the air for several minutes
Another person in the background says: 'That's f***ing crazy.'

Just as the camera zooms in on unusual object, it fades from view and disappears into the clouds.

'Oh my god, it f****** disappeared,' another shocked onlooker says.

The clip was sent to Secure Team 10 , who describe themselves as: 'the research team bringing exposure of the alien phenomenon and those trying to hide it back to the masses!'

At one point, the craft appears to literally vanish from view

The craft disappears into the clouds (far right), however it was also captured on film by a second observer (center picture)

Tyler Glockner can be heard commenting on the video, calling it 'mind-blowing'.

He claims that it is the third sighting of the same object by 'three separate sources' and has video footage that was shot in the same area.

'It's the same UFO. I am simply amazed, we have someone corroborating this sighting,' he says

At the end of video, Glockner adds: 'There is no doubt in my mind this is either an alien craft or a very very strange drone - which I highly doubt.'

He also suggests that the object could be from this planet however calling it a: 'A back engineered alien craft that's being tested by some black project over at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.'

The video was filmed last Wednesday near the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base which is ten miles from Dayton.

The base has been subject of numerous tales about UFO's and aliens since 1947.

Between 1947 and 1969, the Air Force recorded 12,618 sightings of strange phenomena - with 701 of them classed as 'unidentified'.

Between 1947 and 1969, the Air Force recorded 12,618 sightings of strange phenomena — 701 of which remain 'unidentified'

The sightings were recorded in Project Blue Book, the Air Force's files on UFO sightings and investigations.

Headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the programme comprised of just a handful of staff.

It came to light in 2015, when amateur historian John Greenewald posted more than 100,000 pages of the documents to his website The Black Vault.

He had spent nearly two decades requesting declassified information from the US government regarding UFOs.

Started in 1952, the project was given a termination order in December 1969 - and all activity under the study ceased in January 1970.

Rarely Seen Army UFO Documents

Mid-Air Encounter With UFO Rarely Seen US Army Documents Available Again

Documenting the Evidence remembers the 1973 case where a UFO nearly destroyed a US Army Reserve helicopter? You should. Even the debunkers and sceptics get uncomfortable with this one. If, by some twist of fate, you don’t, perhaps you will recognise the infamous one page “US Army Disposition Form” report which was typed up and signed by all four of the crew – 1st. Lt. Arrigo Jezzi, SSgt. John Healey, SSgt. Robert Yanacek, and Capt. Lawrence J. Coyne. I have imaged it below.

This document is very well known, and is quoted whenever the case is discussed. The “Subject” box has “Near Midair Collision with UFO Report” typed in. What a start to an official military report straight after the incident occurred?

What many researchers don’t know, though, is that there were actually four more pages of USAR paperwork with this case. Researcher Robert Todd had the US Army’s Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence (ACSI) release these records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) after some of the most abusively demanding correspondence anyone will ever from a UFO researcher. The records, on top of the above mentioned disposition form, are four “Operational Hazard Reports”. This type of form was also known as a “DA Form 2696” and is vital for recording hazardous events.  An air safety or flying “hazard” was, in 1973, defined by the US Army as “any condition or act that affects or may affect the safe operation of Army aircraft…”. After the startling UFO encounter, each of the four crew filled out one of these forms. There are tick-boxes and sections that need to be filled in, and certainly were in this case, such as “Departed From” and “Flight Atmospheric Conditions”. The most interesting sections, however, are the “Description/Explanation/Comments” box, the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Type A/C)” box, and the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Obstacle Description)” box.

Starting with SSgt. John Healey’s typed form. In the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Type A/C)” box, he typed in “UNK”, which of course means “unknown”. No surprises whatsoever there. In the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Obstacle Description)” box he states “gry/60’/tube shape”. For the “Description/Explanation/Comments” section Healey states:

“Bright red lite on nose, bright green lite on under carriage near aft end, bright white lite on aft end. Appeared gray in color.”

I have imaged the form below.

SSgt. Robert Yanacek, the crew chief for the flight, hand wrote his answers rather than using a typewriter. Also, the copy of this form has a small amount missing from the far left-hand side. In the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Type A/C)” box, he wrote in “Unidentified”. Next to it, in the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Obstacle Description)” box, he writes “Solo – Oblong with lights”. The “Description/Explanation/Comments” section, which slightly suffers the effects of a poor copying when the records were furnished to Robert Todd, Yanacek states:
“??ject approached at same altitude from 8 – 10 mi out, ?? the east, forcing acft commander to take evasive ??tion. Object made no attempt to alter its flight path.”

Using common sense, we can be pretty sure that “??ject” would have said “object”; “??” would say something like “from”; and “??tion” would have said “action”. This page is imaged below.

The third hazard report form was filled out, with a typewriter, by 1st. Lt. Arrigo Jezzi, who was at the controls of the helicopter on the front left-hand side. In the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Type A/C)” box, he has entered in “UFO”. This is simultaneously both nebulous, as well as paradoxically explicit. The “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Obstacle Description)” box has been left blank. For the “Description/Explanation/Comments” section Jezzie states:

“Obstacle sighted on the Eastern horizon. First impression was that red light spotted was a radio tower. Then pilot and crewchief noticed its movement, and that its direction was toward our aircraft. I spotted this obstacle at about 500ft above us flying rapidly in the westerly direction. Only thing sited was a highly intense white-green trailing light. Speed of obstacle and/or a/c was estimated at 500 knots or better.”

See below.

The final hazard report form I have on file was filled out by Capt. Lawrence J. Coyne who was commanding the flight from the front right-hand. In the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Type A/C)” box, he has entered in “Unknown”. For the “Other Aircraft/Obstacle (Obstacle Description)” Coyne has written “See Attached Sheet”. This is interesting because it refers to a annotated sketch of the object created by Coyne, which I will present further on. Finally, the “Description/Explanation/Comments” section has been left black, possibly because Coyne was instrumental in typing out and submitting the more well-known “US Army Disposition Form” which I presented at earlier, and where his narrative is longer than what can be entered into his the hazard form. See below.

Finally, as mentioned above, there is one final sheet of paper – an annotated sketch of the object drawn by Coyne – was released with the hazard reports by the US Army’s record keepers. It is titled, in Coyne’s handwriting, “Continuation Sheet to DA Form 2696, Item #5 Obstacle Description: Continued.” Coyne indicates the “direction of movement” with an arrow, and clearly states, “grey metallic hull”, “Constant bright red light”, and “50 to 60 feet in length”. Finally, he writes “Green constant light that moves similar to a spot light only brighter” next to the drawing of the object and indicates where this light was apparently emanating from. I have imaged this below.

Again, this case has been covered very heavily. However, for ease, I will provide a brief synopsis above the official records thus far presented. A USAR UH-1H helicopter, based in Cleveland, Ohio, was returning from Columbus, Ohio, at about 10:30pm following regularly scheduled physical examinations. Weather was clear and starry. The four-man crew, commanded by Lawrence Coyne, a 19-year veteran of the USAR, noticed a red light on the horizon which appeared to be converging on the helicopter at a worrying speed.

Jennie Zeidman, associate of astronomer J. Allen Hynek, published a report titled “Helicopter-UFO Encounter Over Ohio” for the Centre for UFO Studies in 1979 after meticulously investigating the case. Zeidman states:

“Just as a collision appeared imminent, the unknown light halted in its westward course and assumed a hovering relationship above and in front of the helicopter. “It wasn’t cruising, it was stopped. For maybe ten to twelve seconds – just stopped,” Yanacsek reported. Coyne, Healey, and Yanacsek agree that a cigar-shaped, slightly domed object subtended an angle of nearly the width of the front windshield. A featureless, gray, metallic-looking structure was precisely delineated against the background stars. Yanacsek reported “a suggestion of windows” along the top dome section… …The green beam passed upward over the helicopter nose, swung up through the windshield, continued upward and entered the tinted upper window panels. At that point the cockpit was enveloped in green light. Jezzi reported only a bright white light, comparable to the leading light of a small aircraft, visible through the top “greenhouse” panels of the windshield. After the estimated ten seconds of “hovering,” the object began to accelerate off to the west… …After the object had broken off its hovering relationship, Jezzi and Coyne noted that the magnetic compass disk was rotating approximately four times per minute and that the altimeter read approximately 3,500 feet; a 1,000 foot-per-minute climb was in progress. Coyne insists that the collective was still bottomed from his evasive descent. Since the collective could not be lowered further, he had no alternative but to lift it, whatever the results, and after a few seconds of gingerly maneuvering controls (during which the helicopter reached nearly 3,800 feet), positive control was achieved. By that time the white light had already moved into the Mansfield area. Coyne had been subliminally aware of the climb; the others not at all, yet they had all been acutely aware of the g-forces of the dive. The helicopter was brought back to the flight plan altitude of 2,500 feet, radio contact was achieved with Canton/Akron, the night proceeded uneventfully to Cleveland.”

Fighter Jets Attempted of Intercept UFO in Redmond, Oregon - 1959

REDMOND, Ore. -- Shortly before dawn on September 24, 1959, police officer Robert Dickerson was driving through the streets of Redmond, Oregon when he saw a large, bright object descend over the city, stop abruptly, and hover at 200 feet.
The object was low enough that nearby treetops glowed, he said. Minutes later, Dickerson drove to the Federal Aviation Administration Office at the Redmond Airport.
At 5:10 a.m., the FAA reported the object to Seattle Air Route Control Center, which relayed the message to Hamilton Air Force Base in California, which scrambled six F-102 jets to intercept the UFO.
An administrator at the Redmond Airport also witnessed the event and filed an official report with the FAA.
The video at this link comes from a broadcast of “Space Report” on KGW Television from September, 1959. The program's host was veteran broadcaster Hal Starr who hosted a weekly series about UFO’s on radio and then later on television.
It was the time of Sputnik and everyone was on guard, with the possibility of UFO’s from our cold-war adversary, our own armed forces or from worlds beyond.
KGW's Live at 7 was at the 17th McMenamins UFO Festival in McMinnville on Thursday night. Dr. Lynne Kitei, who witnessed the Phoenix Lights UFO in 1997, shared her experience in the video link here. After Years Of Silence Air Force Officer Comes Forward With The Truth About UFOs

The cover-up about UFOs – US government official opens book

The US investor Christopher Mellon worked 20 years for the federal government. He has now for the first time openly talked about the information the government has about UFOs.

Mellon had held positions for the Ministry of Defence and within the intelligence community. For his work he has received several awards. He visited Area 51 and various other bases.
He became interested in UFOs as a friend as a child showed him a video of a huge disc-shaped, golden object. He began to read books about UFOs and did a research project for his physics professor at the university.

Most Frustrating

Mellon does not think Hillary Clinton will gain access to secret government programs on UFOs, if she becomes president. “I remember instances where employees of the whiteHouse could not get access to secret programs of the Ministry of Defence. People like Clinton years may hold high positions without ever accessing secret programs of the Ministry, which mostly deal with new weapons. ”
There were some incidents involving UFOs when Mellon worked for the government. A Navy pilot phoned him one day to say that a UFO circling a fighter. The Navy did as far as he knew no further investigation.
In addition, the radar captured four or five bright UFOs in the evening sky. Everyone was puzzled, says Mellon. No government employee showed some interest, even after the images were shown during the TV program Nightline. “It was the complete lack of scientific curiosity because of political correctness,” he said highly frustrated.

No Clear Explanation

If Clinton wants to find out the UFO topic to the bottom, the best she can do is reaching out to NORAD, the military organization that oversees the US airspace, and let them do the research.
According to him, there are plenty of well-documented UFO sightings to establish a scientific research. There are enough data, reports by credible witnesses, videos made by trained soldiers and police officers and radar images, says Mellon.
He was particularly impressed by the UFO sighting in November 1989 in Belgium, when 13 policemen and hundreds of other witnesses saw two triangular craft above the land. The Belgian Air Force launched an investigation, worked with a group of scientists and consulted with the US and NATO countries, but could give no clear explanation.
Solve UFO Mystery
On March 30, 1993 more than 100 witnesses, including policemen and soldiers saw a triangular craft above England. The object was able to shoot away from standstill. The British Ministry of Defense concluded that “an unidentified object (or objects) whose origin was unknown, was operating over the UK.”
Mellon stresses that these objects were not owned by the US Department of Defense. He adds that the US military does not test new vessels over densely populated areas.
He noted that the military is generally unwilling to investigate UFO reports, even if they come from military pilots or senior officials, such as former governor of Arizona Fyfe Symington.
Mellon has not seen crashed saucers or captured alien technology during his career, but do want to do everything as possible to solve the UFO mystery. Together with a group of scientists and engineers, he is building a large network of monitoring stations that will collect data in areas where UFOs are observed. Then, the scientific community is going to analyze data.

Government Insider Share sHis Knowledge Of Possible UFO Cover Up

Is There a UFO Cover-up? A Government Insider Speaks Out

Author Leslie Kean
2016-05-08-1462727039-5361826-CKMPhoto.jpegAbout six months ago, our board at UFODATA was privileged to welcome Christopher Mellon as the newest member of our team. Chris spent nearly 20 years in the federal government serving in various national security positions. For the first time, he has agreed to speak publicly about his experiences within government as they relate to UFOs.
It is unusual for a man of Chris’s stature to speak openly about UFOs, which gives his statements great weight. His positions during the Clinton and Bush administrations involved high clearances; in fact, there are few people who have enjoyed such deep and wide-ranging access to compartmented programs in both the Defense Department (DoD) and the intelligence community. Chris is the recipient of numerous awards, including the National Reconnaissance Office Gold Medal and the Defense Intelligence Agency Director’s Medal.
At DoD, Chris served on a small committee that provided oversight of all DoD special access programs, in order to eliminate potential waste and duplication. The oversight included visits to Area 51 and other sensitive facilities. He also spent over a decade on the Senate Intelligence Committee, involved in oversight of NRO, CIA, NSA and other intelligence organizations. He became the first Congressional official to review all of the NSA’s compartmented programs.
I wanted to know what Chris had to say about Hillary Clinton’s implications that the government may be withholding classified UFO documents. Backed by John Podesta, chairman of her campaign, Clinton has been speaking about the need to “get to the bottom of the UFO mystery.” Her comments are unprecedented within a presidential campaign.
Here is my recent conversation with Chris Mellon, mainly conducted via email, edited only for clarity.
Q: When did you first become interested in UFOs?
A: I was about seven years old when I saw an old-fashioned amateur movie taken by a friend of our school principal. It showed a huge, golden disc-shaped object serenely moving through sunny, blue skies, passing through cumulous clouds in a manner that would be very hard to fake. I have no idea what became of the movie, but it filled me with wonder and awe. I read everything I could get my hands on afterwards and eventually did a research project on UFOs in college for a physics professor. I remain deeply intrigued.
Q: Did your colleagues in government know you were interested in UFOs? Were you afraid of being ridiculed?
A: It was something I didn’t reveal to colleagues unless I got to know them well and we became personal friends.  Even then of course I wasn’t a nut about it and I certainly was not obsessed; it was simply a subject of great curiosity. It did not come up often. I was focused like a laser on my duties 99.9 percent of the time.
Q: Hillary Clinton has been asked about UFOs during her campaign. As the former Secretary of State, would she be likely to know if there were any classified government programs involving UFOs?
A: No, I don’t think so. I recall instances when White House officials sought briefings on highly compartmented DoD programs and were flatly refused.  Access to such programs is on a need to know basis. In general, nobody outside DoD, including the Secretary of State, is deemed to have a need to know. Officials like John Podesta and Secretary Clinton can easily serve for years in senior positions and be avid consumers of classified intelligence analysis but never obtain access to DoD’s compartmented programs, which mostly relate to new weapons systems. Information about such programs rarely leaks because it doesn’t circulate, unlike the constant stream of leaked information regarding classified intelligence activities.

Q: Do you think that if Clinton is elected we can expect to learn new information about UFOs?
A: I highly doubt DoD or any other government agency is concealing UFO information. I participated in a comprehensive review of DoD’s black programs and spent over a decade conducting oversight of the national foreign intelligence program, an almost totally separate world of secrets. I visited Area 51 and other military, intelligence and research facilities. During all those years, I never detected the faintest hint of government interest or involvement in UFOs.
Q: Clinton and John Podesta have been focusing on the need for de-classifying government documents. What do you think about that?
A: While a few new, previously overlooked documents might turn up (the bureaucracy is never perfect), I do not believe they would resolve the UFO issue or provide significant new insights. I can think of one lengthy UFO report that is classified only due to concerns over sources and methods. In fact, it identified a convincing conventional explanation for the pilot sightings in this particular case. There are lots of classified documents related to activities at Area 51, where high security is needed. But this is all legitimate stuff the American people would support. They have nothing to do with UFOs, to the best of my knowledge.

Q: Do you recall any incidents involving UFOs while you were in government?
A: Yes, there were a handful of incidents.  Knowing of my interest in UFOs, a breathless naval aviator called me one day to report that he was present minutes earlier when a Navy jet landed after being circled by a UFO in broad daylight. The Navy did not pursue the issue as far as I could tell. I also recall the Maui Optical Tracking Facility, which tracks satellites, recording a flight of four or five fiery UFOs traversing the night sky.  Nobody knew what to make of it. But no government official expressed the slightest interest even after the tape was featured on ABC’s Nightline.  I found the utter lack of scientific curiosity due to political correctness highly frustrating.

Q: How do you think the press and public will react if Clinton is elected, makes the inquiries she promised, but comes up empty-handed?
A: I think the conspiracy theorists will be angry and unconvinced, while the general public may conclude UFOs are not a worthwhile topic. If Clinton really wants to get to the bottom of the UFO issue, I think she should officially task NORAD with collection and analysis responsibility. Simultaneously, she should assign the Office of Science and Technology Policy the job of reviewing available evidence, coordinating with other countries and providing scientific assessments and recommendations.
Q: The taboo against taking UFOs seriously is a huge problem. How can we get more government officials to change this ingrained attitude?
A: I think we have to ask ourselves a key question, and then bring it forward. “Are there UFO cases that are sufficiently well-documented to warrant a scientific investigation of the phenomenon?” In my view, the answer is yes.
The patterns in the data are too strong; the reports from credible witnesses separated widely by time and place too similar; the evidence from videos and trained military and law enforcement observers too extensive; and the independent radar data in select cases correlates too highly with visual observations to safely ignore. Finally, when someone you trust and respect, like a naval aviator, looks you in the eye and tells you he saw something truly extraordinary at close range, it’s hard not to take his testimony seriously. It is arrogant, unreasonable and unwise to dismiss such reports. We should simply and impartially follow the trail wherever it leads.
Q: Which credible UFO incidents have you found particularly impressive and convincing?

A: A few stand out in my mind. In November 1989, 13 police officers and hundreds of other witnesses saw two silent triangular craft gliding over Belgium. This was the beginning of a wave of sightings there lasting well over a year. Ground and air radar data were acquired as well. The Belgian Air Force investigated the events in cooperation with a team of scientists and consulted with the U.S. and NATO countries, but could not find a conventional explanation.

Colonel Wilfried De Brouwer, who later became a general, presents anomalous radar readings at a 1990 press conference during the Belgian wave
On the night of March 30, 1993, over a hundred witnesses in England, including police officers and military personnel, saw a triangular-shaped craft able to rapidly accelerate in seconds from a hovering position. The British Ministry of Defensestated that “none of the usual explanations put forward to explain UFO sightings seem applicable” and concluded that the evidence showed that “an unidentified object (or objects) of unknown origin was operating over the UK.”
Similarly, multiple police officers in Southern Illinois saw an object in January 2000 that looked and behaved very similarly to the Belgian and British UFOs. In fact, the Illinois police officers’ drawings of the craft are uncannily similar to the depictions of triangular craft produced by Belgian law enforcement officers a decade earlier, as well as many others since.

In 2006, pilots and airport personnel witnessed a disc-shaped object hovering overO’Hare airport for over five minutes, yet no government investigation was undertaken.
And, while most sightings have conventional explanations, I think it is stunning how many reports come in regularly to groups like MUFON, with impressive detail, including photos or videos.  I often hear from skeptics, “If UFOs are out there how come nobody ever gets a video with all the smartphones around?”  That is ignorant, it happens all the time!
Q: Some people believe the more recent sightings in cases such as those you mentioned may simply be US government tests of experimental aircraft. Is that possible?
A: I can understand why this may seem the most plausible explanation. But I can assure you, those objects did not belong to US Department of Defense. Just before the 9/11 terrorist attacks, I was contacted by the DoD Office of Congressional Affairs. They were in a tizzy because Robert Byrd, the powerful Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, was challenging them over reports appearing in magazines such as Aviation Week and Space Technology describing an alleged super-secret US aircraft program dubbed “Aurora.”
Senator Byrd would use his budget power to punish the department severely if we lied to him or withheld information. We pursued all possible options, double-checking with the appropriate officials while reminding them of the imperative of providing an accurate response. We quickly confirmed what we already knew - that while there are always things on the drawing board, there was nothing remotely resembling such aircraft being operated by the department. We had nothing with the capacity to hover and then silently accelerate at massive speeds.
Also, it is totally uncharacteristic of the US military to conduct experimental tests of new vehicles over populated areas where security would be compromised and innocent civilians placed in harms way. That’s completely contrary to military DNA. Alien visitation is actually easier to believe than that level of stupidity being exhibited by the brilliant people developing new aircraft technologies for DoD.
Q: Are you certain there is no government cover-up?
A: It’s impossible to prove the negative, so all I can say is that I never saw any evidence of official interest in UFOs. I’d love to believe we have a crashed saucer somewhere, but I’ve never seen anything remotely supportive of such incredible claims. In my experience, on those rare occasions when UFO incidents involving the government occur, they are highly inconvenient, awkward and embarrassing for the afflicted government officials who want nothing more than to put the issue behind them as quickly as possible! The military seems generally unwilling to investigate even when UFO reports come from our own military pilots or officials in high office such as Fife Symington, the former governor of Arizona.  Senior officials are so fearful of being ridiculed that they conceal any expression of interest or curiosity.
Q: Some inside sources have proposed that retrieved hardware from a UFO may exist within a private aerospace company which has become independent from the DoD.  In this way, it would be exempt from government oversight and known only to a few people. Do you think this is possible?
A: I find it hard to imagine something as explosive as recovered alien technology remaining under wraps for decades. So while I have no reason to believe there is any recovered alien technology, I will say this: If it were me, and I were trying to bury it deep, I’d take it outside government oversight entirely and place it in a compartment as a new entity within an existing defense company and manage it as what we call an “IRAD” or “Independent Research and Development Activity.”
Q: So where does this all leave us, and what is to be done?
A: In my view, calling for the end to an alleged government UFO cover-up is almost certainly a dead end, and does not help inspire anyone in government to become more open to the topic. The UFO mystery is a scientific problem. A true scientist seeks and follows the data no matter how politically incorrect the facts may be. The greatest scientific breakthroughs occur when we verify information that challenges conventional wisdom. That’s why I joined the board of UFODATA.
Q: I’m so glad you did. What kinds of new data are you hoping we will collect?
A: Our team of scientists and engineers are designing and will build a large network of automated surveillance stations with sophisticated sensors to capture a wide range of data. The stations will house cameras to record both an image and spectra, a magnetometer, instrumentation to detect radiation, a gravimeter, and more. They will be mobile so that we can readily deploy them to areas that become hotspots of UFO activity. We can then make the data available to the scientific community for analysis.

Q: Do you think UFOs could be visitors from civilizations elsewhere?
A: I’m certainly intrigued by the possibility. But I don’t think we will find out without a deeper scientific inquiry. I would like to invite the public to participate and support this lean but potentially groundbreaking effort, staffed by volunteers. UFODATA’s findings, one way or another, can help us to resolve this perennial mystery and perhaps even help us to better understand the universe and mankind’s place within it.
