Aliens Are Finally Ready To Make An Appearance And The Governments Plan is, Well... Pretty Lame

Aliens Are (Maybe) Finally Knocking. The Pentagon's Plan Is Underwhelming.

Paul Gilster, who blogs about deep space exploration and other interstellar issues, broke the news on his blog that in May 2015, a team of Russian scientists had detected an interesting signal coming from a star system about 95 light-years from Earth. Gilster was very measured in his report, noting that "no one is claiming that this is the work of an extraterrestrial civilization, but it is certainly worth further study." The researchers involved believe the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Institute, a nonprofit organization that's looking for life in the universe and has the equipment to scan the skies for signals from deep space, might follow up on the lead.
But that didn't stop others from going wild, most notably the New York Observer, which published an attention-grabbing story Monday titled "Not a Drill: SETI Is Investigating a Possible Extraterrestrial Signal From Deep Space."
SETI is, in fact, scanning for the signal, according to Seth Shostak, a senior astronomer at the organization, who discussed the matter in a blog post available on the group's website. "Could it be another society sending a signal our way?" he wrote. "Of course, that's possible. However, there are many other plausible explanations for this claimed transmission—including terrestrial interference. Without a confirmation of this signal, we can only say that it's 'interesting.'"
UFOs, extraterrestrials, and life in outer space has gained new currency over the last year or so. Last fall, a team from Yale University announced they had found a star that gave off such unique light patterns that some speculated it was being orbited by an alien megastructure. Hillary Clinton and her campaign chairman, John Podesta, have both repeatedly discussed the need for the release of information about US government research into extraterrestrials. (You can read more about Clinton's history with the UFO issue that goes back more than 20 years here.) A week ago, scientists announced they had found a potentially life-supporting, Earthlike planet just 4.5 light-years away, within Earth's closest celestial star system neighbor.
This whole thing got us thinking: What would happen if extraterrestrials not only reached out to communicate but showed up on our doorstep? Is there a plan?
Mother Jones put this question to the Department of Defense last fall when they profiled Stephen Bassett, the only registered lobbyist in Washington whose major focus is to force the US government to reveal what it knows about extraterrestrials contact with the human race. To people like Bassett, the question of what to do when they show up is moot because it has already happened; the people who need to deal with it already are.
The Department of Defense does not agree. Here's the answer I got from them: "The [Department of Defense] does not maintain plans for hypothetical dangers for which we have absolutely no information—either to the likelihood of the danger, or to what form the danger would take." For what it's worth, the DoD spokesman also said the department doesn't have an office or organization that handles "issues related to UFOs and/or extraterrestrials," and the DoD has never interacted with or recovered any kind of material related to extraterrestrials.
"Whatever it is would be so far beyond us it would look and appear magical or spiritual, totally beyond our ability to cope with or resist if hostile. If such an event occurred we'd simply have to muddle through as best we could."
Do we really not have any plans in place should we be contacted by an alien race? I checked the DoD's answer with Christopher Mellon. A former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence and staff director of the Senate Intelligence Committee, among other roles, he said, "I think you got an honest answer from DoD. How would you plan for the arrival of an advanced civilization without any understanding whatsoever of their capabilities, technology or intentions?" He added that his sense was that the government had "little if any idea" of what we'd be up against and "whatever it is would be so far beyond us it would look and appear magical or spiritual, totally beyond our ability to cope with or resist if hostile. If such an event occurred we'd simply have to muddle through as best we could."
"Meanwhile," he says, "DoD has an overflowing plate already and I suspect the Joint Staff has little patience for such seemingly unlikely, open-ended and ill-defined scenarios."
Nick Pope, a former official with the British Ministry of Defense whose job it was to investigate UFO sightings, doesn't think powerful governments should get off that easy. He told me Tuesday he's long advocated some sort of contingency plan but never saw any evidence that the British or US governments had one. When he asked colleagues in the intelligence and military world about plans, "there was no real enthusiasm for it. It was a combination of skepticism and almost this feeling that this was the ultimate taboo, that something like this could just not be put down on paper."
Pope said news about a potential signal from another civilization should trigger a whole series of thorny questions: Is this just a signal letting us know they're there, or is there information encoded within it? If there is information in it, can we decode it? Should we? If we could, should that information be disclosed? Who should control the information in the signal, if there's anything there?
That's a far cry from a scenario that finds us dealing with an extraterrestrial craft in orbit around Earth or actually landing. "The No. 1 priority would obviously be avoiding getting in a fight with these people," he said. But what do we do then? Who's in charge? Who speaks for planet Earth? What is the message?
Pope admits that the possibility of this scenario playing out is minuscule, describing it as "the ultimate low probability, high impact scenario." But, he said, "We don't need to go into Star Trek territory to say it's possible we could be visited. That being the case, it just seems prudent to have a plan."

Will The UFO Cover Up Ever End? Richard Dolan Thinks So

UFOs for the 21st Century Mind: A Fresh Guide to an Ancient Mystery

This book was written by Richard Dolan, one of the world’s leading researchers and writers on the subject of UFOs. He also authored UFOs and the National Security State, and both books are ground-breaking works which together provide the most factually complete and accessible narrative of the UFO subject available anywhere. Dolan co-authored a speculative book about the future as well, called A.D. After Disclosure, which was the first-ever analysis not only of how UFO secrecy might end, but also of the all-important question: what happens next?

Dolan believes UFOs constitute the greatest mystery of our time.

UFOs for the 21st Century Mind has received incredible reviews. Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell called the book monumental, and Hal Puthoff, one of the chief scientists involved in the U.S. Government’s Stargate program, said that it’s a must read for serious students in the field.
Richard Dolan

Prior to his interest in UFOs, Richard completed his graduate work at the University of Rochester, where he studied U.S. Cold War strategy, European history, and international diplomacy. Before that, he had studied at Alfred University and Oxford University, and was a finalist for a Rhodes scholarship.

For beginners and experienced researchers alike, historian Richard Dolan covers the full range of this incredibly complex topic in this book. He offers insights into everything connected to UFOs: ancient aliens, modern encounters, abductions, channellers, the politics and cover-up, the black budget world, the bizarre science, the social dimensions (YouTube and Facebook), the future, and much more.

In addition, as one of UFOlogy’s pioneers in the deep analysis of the cover-up, he offers an original perspective on how it all works and why the cover-up is bound to end. He also writes on the nature of contact, speculating on who these “Others” might be. Finally, Dolan takes the reader through the “weird science” of UFOs, covering everything from propulsion and spacetime to consciousness and more.

The topic of Unidentified Flying Objects has gained a tremendous amount of popularity in recent years, especially after their existence was verified by dozens of governments in documents released via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and by academicians and high-ranking military and political personnel. Keep in mind that “UFO” does not mean extraterrestrial, but when you have objects at very high altitudes performing maneuvers that defy our known laws of physics, it’s easy to see why some people make that connection.

To see what happens when the military tracks a UFO on radar, you can read THIS article we published on the subject.

HERE is another great example that comes from the Canadian Air Force.

NASA Scientist Say UFOs Can Be Found In Saturn's Rings

NASA Scientist Claims UFO Spaceships Living on Saturn's Rings

NASA has made amazing discoveries over the past year and life on another planet is one of them. Well, according to one NASA Scientist, planet Saturn has already been a breeding ground for unidentified flying objects (UFOs).
Normal Bergrun, a NASA scientist, states that "living alien UFO spaceships" have started "proliferating" on planet Saturn's rings. Bergrun was a renowned engineer who worked with NASA's Ames Research Center. In several interviews concerning the situation of the solar system, Bergrun claims that the number of UFO spaceships have reached "critical" levels.
In addition, Bergrun had worked alongside Lockheed Martin on top-secret aerospace projects. One of this has been garnerning attention due to his pet theory. Extraterrestrial life is reportedly present in the solar system, but scientists have yet to recognise it. It was Bergrun who allegedly found evidence of alien life on the Saturn's rings. Other ringed planets include Jupiter and Uranus.
His findings were published in 1986 entitled "Ringmakers of Saturn." It was in this book that Bergrun theorized that alien spacecraft had already been spotted on Saturn's rings.
"What I found out is, these things inhabit Saturn, that's where I first discovered them, and they're proliferating. You can [also] find them around Uranus and Jupiter," stated Bergrun, adding, "Wherever you see some rings, that is where I see the crafts, I call them a ringmaker."
According to Bergrun, the rings of Jupiter, Uranus, and Saturn were purposely created for alien's source of energy. While Bergrun's theories have yet to be recognized by NASA, other pioneers in the field seem to agree with him.
"It is my thesis that flying saucers are real and... they are space ships from another solar system," stated Herman Oberth, pioneer of aerospace technology. "I think that they possibly are manned by intelligent observers who are members of a race that may have been investigating our Earth for centuries."

Almost Half Of All Canadians Believe We Have Been Visited By Extraterrestrials

Angus Reid Institute poll reports nearly half of Canadian respondents say it's likely that extraterrestrials visited Earth

Barring major forest fires, outbreaks of youth crime, plane crashes, or coups in foreign countries, there's generally not much news in late August.

And that can leave a pollster scrambling for topics to keep the company's name in the news.
Perhaps this prompted the Angus Reid Institute to release one of its more unusual surveys this morning.
It asked if certain things on Earth cannot be explained by science.
The poll found that 79 percent of respondents believe that there is "definitely" or "probably" intelligent life somewhere else in the universe. The percentages who believe this were remarkably stable over all age groups: 29 percent from 18 to 54 saying "definitely" and 30 percent of those 55 and over saying "definitely".
Eleven percent of respondents declared that extraterrestrial life had definitely visited Earth. Another 36 percent thought this was "probably true". Only 18 percent said it was "definitely not true" that creatures from somewhere else in the universe dropped by our planet. Those with a university education were most likely to be among the skeptics in this regard.
In an amusing twist, the poll reported that those who considered themselves to be "huge fans" of the X-Files were most likely to believe that extraterrestrials had visited Earth. Those who knew nothing about the show were least likely to accept this.
Meanwhile, 37 percent of women "definitely" or "probably" thought that people who die with unfinished business become ghosts. Only 30 percent of men said this.
Forty-seven percent of women and 24 percent of men thought it was likely that people could communicate with the dead.
More than a quarter of respondents said it was either "definitely true" or "probably true" that unproven animals such as the Loch Ness Monster or Sasquatch are real.

NASA Astronaut Witnesses 9 Foot Tall Alien On Space Mission

NASA ASTRONAUT SPEAKS OF 9 FOOT TALL EXTRATERRESTRIAL SPOTTED ON SPACE MISSION

To the left you will see a picture of Clark C. McClelland, a former ScO of the Space Shuttle Fleet who claims he personally observed an 8 to 9 foot tall extraterrestrial (ET) on his monitor while on duty in the Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Control Center (LCC). He claims that the ET was standing upright in the Space Shuttle Payload Bay having a discussion with two tethered US NASA Astronauts. He also claims to have observed (on his monitors) the spacecraft of the ET as it was stabilized safely in orbit to the rear of the Space Shuttle main engine pods.

He claims he was part of hundreds of missions for NASA.

On his website he writes:
How did it communicate? I have no idea. It did move its arms a lot. Almost like giving instructions! I heard no voice communications. The helmet was not as large as our two NASA Astronauts, and had a viewport to look forward. It had a small, perhaps a communication device, attached only to the right side of the helmet! I saw no oxygen tank(s). It had a wide belt like wrapping around it.. It did not appear to be tethered as the two Astronauts were to the sides of the shuttle structure. I observed nothing that appeared to be a weapon. The time of this amazing scene was one minute and seven seconds, I timed it on my Astronaut chronograph watch. (source)
Below is an illustration of what he (supposedly) saw:

The Credibility Of Clark Mclelland
Well, to start off, the photo above and the ones below lend a great deal of credibility to his claim that he worked for NASA. Below to the right is a picture of McClelland with Judy Resnick, America’s second female astronaut, who died in 1986 when her Challenger space shuttle broke apart 73 seconds into flight.

To see a picture of what Clark looks like today, you can click here. You can also hear a radio interview with Clark telling his story here.
On the left (from left to right) is a picture of David Leetsma (NASA Astronaut), with McLelland in the middle and Brian Duffy on the right.

Others have also vouched for Clark, including Richard Dolan, one of the world’s leading experts in the field of UFO research; he talks about Clark in this radio interview. Apparently, Clark’s identity has also been verified by Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the 6th man to walk on the moon, in a ; box-sizing: border-box; color: #484848; font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28.8px; text-align: justify;"> His work for NASA cannot seem to be ‘officially verified,’ which is strange. But again, the pictures, and those who have vouched for him, make this an interesting story.  He claims that the U.S. government stripped him of his pension and his identity as a NASA employee after he spoke out about what he saw.
Probably the most important factor (other than the pictures, which clearly look like him) is the number of astronauts (with verified backgrounds that cannot be disputed) who have made comments about intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations.
Below are a few of many examples, the first two come from Dr. Mitchell (as mentioned above):

“Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered … We are not alone and they have been coming here for a long time.” (source) (source)
“I happen to be privileged enough to be in on the fact that we have been visited on this planet, and the UFO phenomenon is real, although it’s been covered up by our governments for quite a long time.” (source)
This one comes from former NASA astronaut and Princeton Physics Professor, Dr. Brian O’Leary:
There is abundant evidence that we are being contacted, that civilizations have been visiting us for a very long time, that their appearance is bizarre from any kind of traditional materialistic western point of view, that these visitors use the technologies of consciousness, they use toroids, they use co-rotating magnetic disks for their propulsion systems, that seems to be a common denominator of the UFO phenomenon. (source)

This one comes from Gordon Cooper, Former Nasa astronaut, aeronautical engineer, and test pilot. He was one of the seven original astronauts in Project Mercury, the first manned space program of the United States:
In my opinion I think they were worried that it would panic the public if they knew that someone had vehicles that had this kind of performance … so they started telling lies about it. And then I think they had to cover another lie, you know, tell another lie to cover their first lie, now they don’t know how to get out of it. Now it’s going to be so embarrassing to admit that all these administrations have told a lot of untruths…. [and that] there are a number of extraterrestrial vehicles out there cruising around. (source)

These are a few out of many examples of statements made by former NASA personnel, with verified backgrounds, that make Mcclelland’s story seem more believable.

Adding further fuel to the fire are thousands of photos from the Lunar missions have been kept from the public eye. The Russian government recently raised concerns about this, calling for an international investigation into why so much film footage and so many artifacts (lunar rock) and photos have gone missing. Perhaps this is why NASA recently released thousands of never-seen-before images from the Apollo missions?

Other people who have been involved with NASA are also speaking out. For example, Dr. John Brandenburg, a plasma physicist who was the deputy manager of the Clementine Mission to the moon (the mission that discovered water at the moon’s poles in 1994), has said that we are not alone, and that the mission was really a photo reconnaissance operation to find out what “someone else” was building on the moon.

Again, the list of reasons as to why Mr. McClelland’s story is worth sharing is endless, regardless if you think his story is real or not.

Interview With the Hair Guy George Tsoukalos, He Believes In Aliens

TV show host believes in aliens

Giorgio A. Tsoukalos, host of TV show Ancient Aliens, looks for evidence to explore the idea that extraterrestrials once roamed the earth

Even if you have not seen any of Giorgio A. Tsoukalos' documentary TV shows about aliens, you would instantly recognise his face if you saw it.
He is, after all, a living Internet meme whose face has appeared in countless viral pictures. These memes typically pair his headshot with a caption that exaggerates his tendency on TV to attribute the inexplicable to aliens having once visited Earth.
The 38-year-old American is not at all offended by any of the memes. In fact, he feels rather "honoured", he says.
"To me, the memes are an outpouring of love more than anything else, so I love them. They just show that people embrace the show. I have the greatest fans in the world," he says excitedly at a recent interview with The Straits Times at the Raffles City Convention Centre.
He was in town to promote his TV show, Ancient Aliens, the ninth season of which is currently airing on History (StarHub TV Channel 401). In the series, he and other alien enthusiasts look at historical texts and archaeological evidence to explore the idea that aliens once roamed earth and made contact with humans in ancient history.
Tsoukalos, who is married to glass jewellery designer Krix Beeble, has often been called out by netizens for his theories on aliens which they consider to be unqualified because he has only a bachelor's degree in sports information and communication.
Shrugging off the scepticism, he says: "I'm the first to admit that what I'm talking about can be regarded as crazy, but that does not prevent me from continuing to ask questions.
"Not a week goes by when some sceptic doesn't ask me why I'm still doing this. But I keep on doing it because the work is not done."
1. Do you think it is necessary for you to get a science degree to lend legitimacy to some of your claims?
I don't have a degree in science or archaeology, but it doesn't mean that I don't know what I'm talking about. In fact, I am venturing to say that I know more than archaeologists do about certain things.
2. After doing the show Ancient Aliens for seven years, how much more do you have to say on the topic?
While there may be topics that we are repeating, we are always looking at them from different perspectives or we are going deeper. This is a fairly large planet, so in my opinion, mysteries are endless.
3. Have there been instances when new research debunks your old conclusions?
There are several talking heads on the show, myself included, and we have different takes on topics all the time. If new research comes up and it is different from what we have said before, that's fine because what's important is that we never stop asking questions.
4. People always notice your wild hairstyle. How do you get it to look that way?
Aliens abducted it (laughs). No, it's definitely styled. I mean, it's a lot of hairspray.
5. If an alien showed up next to you right now, what would you say to it?
I would say, "Thanks for being here". But I don't need an alien here right now to convince myself of anything that I'm saying.
6. What interests do you have outside of aliens?
Sometimes, people look at my Twitter feed and they will be like, "Why are you writing about other things? Just stick to aliens." But no, I definitely have many other interests.
I'm big on politics, for one thing. And I love watching movies.
7. Are you excited about the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story movie coming out in December?
Are you kidding me? I'm a huge Star Wars fan. Part of the reason for what I do today is because of Star Wars. The core message of Star Wars is that this universe is a host of hundreds, if not thousands, of intelligent life forms who know how to travel from star to star. In my opinion, that's truth.
8. How would you like to be remembered?
As someone who never stopped asking questions and that, despite everyone telling him that he's wrong, he still went after them.
  • Ancient Aliens Season 9 airs on History (StarHub TV Channel 401) on Wednesday at 10pm. The limited series, A Close Encounter With Giorgio, where Giorgio A. Tsoukalos picks his favourite past episodes from Ancient Aliens, airs every weeknight at 7pm on the same channel, until Friday.

One Man's Effort To Bring About UFO and Alien Disclosure

Retired doctor tries to educate people on existence of alien life

Dr. Richard Oconnor

O'Connor is a retired doctor who left St. Peter's Hospital in Helena in July after 28 years as an anesthesiologist.

When his other medical experience is added in, he's been working in operating rooms for more than 30 years.

Seated in the living room of his home with its view of timbered and snowy mountains, he said, "I'm one of the people that believe our world is being visited.

"For me there's no single piece of evidence that leads me to that conclusion."

Instead, it is the preponderous amount of evidence on the subject, he said, that supports his conclusion.

The testimony of government officials, those in the military as well as the sightings by pilots and ordinary people, he explained, all point to a "first contact" being underway — something that's been happening for decades and even centuries before these more recent encounters.

"Who has the motive to lie about this?" he asked.

For him the answer to who is withholding the truth is obvious: those in the military and who hold the political reins, as aliens have far greater power as evidenced by their ability to travel great distances to reach Earth.

Intricate designs carved overnight into crop fields are other evidence of such contacts, O'Connor said.

These designs that come in all shapes, he added, "They're trying to tell us something."

Several websites are devoted to explaining and pondering crop circles and one decodes the binary code employed in one that reportedly says, "Beware the bearers of false gifts and their broken promises. Much pain, but still time. Believe there is good out there. We oppose deception. Conduit closing. 0x07"

The closing sequence of numbers, 0x07, is said by the website to produce the tone of a typewriter bell.

Livestock mutilations in farm and ranch fields are also among what leads O'Connor to conclude otherworldly life forms are slowly revealing their presence as they watch and interact with Earth's inhabitants.

At one time he had set up a radio dish in his yard pointing toward the sky directly overhead. A computer with an open email program was attached to the dish in hopes of enticing a message.

"But it just did not happen," he said.

More than two years ago, he posted an Internet message inviting alien space ships to reveal themselves by flying by his cameras. A computer program helped him scan the roughly 270,000 photographs he had acquired by November from those cameras.

Late last year he was startled by what he thought he saw among those photographs.

"On November the 4th, I thought I had found it," he said.

"It certainly fit a lot of descriptions people have given about their own sightings," he said.

A link to an incident

O'Connor, 60, is tall with blue eyes behind gold-rimmed glasses. His brown hair is pulled into a pony tail.

Although he's soft-spoken, an emotional intensity surfaces when he talks about the threat nuclear weapons pose to the planet and the attention they've drawn from aliens.

"I think when nuclear weapons entered the picture, UFO activity on this planet really picked up," he said and explained that Earth's civilization can't be the first to discover the power within an atom nor will be the first to vanish because of it.

O'Connor's interest in UFOs spans decades, yet a single event, meeting Dr. Jesse A. Marcel Jr., who practiced medicine with him at St. Peter's Hospital, helped cement his belief.

Marcel told O'Connor had seen some of the July 1947 crash debris from the desert northwest of Roswell, New Mexico.

O'Connor and Marcel worked together as colleagues. They were friends too, and, "His story was always the same," O'Connor said.

"I came to the conclusion 30 years ago that this man was not a liar," he added. "He was a very responsible person."

Marcel's father, who was also Jesse A. Marcel, was the chief intelligence officer with the 509th Bombardment Group and was among the military personnel who responded to the Roswell crash site, O'Connor said.

Marcel's father brought home some of the crash debris to show his family. His son, who was 11 years old at the time, never forgot what he saw and described the thin metal I-beam parts with their peculiar purple markings, O'Connor said.

According to the Roswell UFO Museum website, the crash was reported by rancher W.W. "Mack" Brazel, who with the son of another family rode to check on sheep after a fierce thunderstorm the previous night.

Brazel noticed metal debris and saw a shallow trench several hundred feet long carved into the land.

The rancher recovered several large pieces of the debris and took them home with him. He then showed them to the family of the man that had ridden with him.

Brazel then reported his discovery to the county sheriff who reported it to Maj. Marcel at the Roswell Army Air Field. The debris site was closed while the wreckage was recovered.

"I didn't know what we were picking up," the museum website reads as Marcel's comments regarding the debris. "I still don't know what it was … It could not have been part of an aircraft, not part of any kind of weather balloon or experimental balloon … I've seen rockets … sent up at the White Sands Testing Grounds. It definitely was not part of an aircraft or missile or rocket."

Bodies were also reported to have been recovered from the wreckage, according to the website.

A news release from the Roswell Army Air Base was printed by the local newspaper and broadcast by radio stations that the "wreckage of a crashed disk had been recovered."

A weather balloon was substituted for the wreckage during a subsequent evaluation at what was then Fort Worth Army Air Field, the website explained, and the wreckage was now that of the balloon.

"(It) was a cover story. The whole balloon part of it. That was the part of the story we were told to give to the public and news, and that was it," the website quoted Brig. Gen. Thomas DuBose, chief of staff of the 8th Air Force, as having said.

"As far as I'm concerned, the Roswell event was a UFO that crashed in the desert," O'Connor said. "And our military recovered it, and then they covered it up.

"I think that's been a huge disservice to humanity, in my opinion."

Jesse A. Marcel Library

Jesse A. Marcel Library (JAMAL)

"There's been a concerted effort to cover all this up," O'Connor said. "At some point in the future, that's got to stop."

A Freedom of Information Act request was made to the Department of the Air Force, headquarters 341st missile wing, at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls regarding sightings of unidentified flying objects over Montana since 1999.

"Manual and computer searches were conducted and we have no records responsive to your request and we are not aware of any other records systems which are likely to produce any responsive records," stated the Feb. 19 response.

"That's unfortunate," O'Connor said. "I guarantee you that's not true."

O'Connor sees withholding of information as hindering the scientific and social evolution of the world and called for funding for study and evaluation.

For more than 60 years people have been convinced that contact by aliens is not real, O'Connor said, explaining that daily life with jobs and families leaves little time for people to consider the issue in depth.

"Trying to sort out what's fact and what's fiction is not a simple process," he added.

To help people learn about these first contacts, O'Connor opened the Jesse A. Marcel Library in March 2012. It's named for the elder Marcel and located in a building near his home.

On Tuesday nights between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. when it's open, presentations and discussions are held for the typical 10 to 20 people who come.

Perhaps 150 have come when the museum's open on most Tuesday nights. Some were there to learn. Others came to share stories.

The museum's website is found at jamal.org and O'Connor can be reached at richard@cropcirclesresearchfoundation.org.

"I think this is so important, I want to take every opportunity I can to educate people about it," he said.

O'Connor said he asked Marcel, who died about a year and a half after the museum's opening, how the elder Marcel would have reacted at having the museum named after him. Marcel said his father would have been honored.

"For me, this has evolved beyond the realm of belief," O'Connor said.

People who look will find enough good and credible information, he explained, that will transition into "something they will know to be pretty much true."

Risking ridicule

Ridicule has helped to keep people from talking about what they have seen and experienced, O'Connor said.

"We don't want to be labeled as the kook down the block that believes in little green men."

Yet this is the risk he takes and explained he's had the time to look at the evidence that supports his beliefs.

And had he not known and worked with Marcel at St. Peter's Hospital, he too might be among those who express disbelief, he said.

If people from Earth were to find a planet where life existed, it would make sense to hold off from barging in and instead first watch and study life on that world, O'Connor said.

Earth, he said, may be "the most profound reality show that an intelligent being can observe."

Aliens watching this planet may be studying us to learn from our actions, he said, but he's quick to add that this is all speculation. There's no way anyone can know.

"But these all seem to be plausible explanations, of course, given that they're here," he said.

O'Connor, who created an Internal Revenue Service recognized non-profit organization for his research, said he's spent several tens of thousands of dollars on what he's doing to foster awareness of alien contacts.

"I want to help people get up to speed on this and understand," he said.

And, still, the quest continues to document an encounter, even if it's a fleeting image captured as a result of a response to his email invitation to fly past his cameras.

"I was just sort of hopeful that they would see it," he said. "It seems reasonable to me that they would be able to do that."

"It would be remarkable if it did happen," he said and added, "But so far it hasn't happened yet.

"I'm just interested in finding out the truth about this," O'Connor said.

The Final Revelation - Secret Military & Government Knowledge About UFOs and Aliens

Military and Intelligence Officers Discuss Government’s Secret Knowledge of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life & UFOs

HARTFORD, CT -  Aug, 2016 - Is the U.S. government suppressing information about UFOs and extraterrestrial life? Many people believe there is a conspiracy within the U.S. Government and the military to withhold information regarding UFOs from the public. There is a considerable amount of circumstantial evidence that shows both the intelligence community and military have been involved in the investigation of UFOs since the 1940s as well as statements from former military personnel that cannot be ignored. Even the CIA released declassified reports regarding their involvement in UFO investigations; involvement, that for many years, the CIA denied ever occurred. When a high-ranking military officer was asked, “Why doesn’t the government show more interest in UFOs?” ”How much time would you spend investigating a question to which you already know the answer?" was his response.

In the new book,  THE FINAL REVELATION: The Sun Project former military and intelligence sources reveal their experience regarding the governments knowledge of the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life including previously unknown facts regarding Roswell, the truth about alien abductions and some of the most infamous UFO incidents in history as well as the secrets the church has known for thousands of years, and disturbing evidence concerning extraterrestrial involvement in human evolution and the future of the human race.

For UFO believers and skeptics alike, the information presented will challenge the reader’s sense of reality and change the way in which one views the world. Everything we have been taught tells us this is not possible. Even true believers will question their convictions and struggle to accept the reality presented here. And, admittedly some of this information raises more questions than it answers. But, as we are learning more about the Universe the real question has become, “Why not?”

These highly regarded sources address some of the most popular topics concerning the UFO phenomenon including recently discovered Roswell Base Logs and Reports, what is real and what is not regarding some of the most infamous UFO Reports like the Hudson Valley sightings and the flying triangles as well as classified reports concerning UFO Abduction Cases such as Betty and Barney Hill and Travis Walton, the Apollo 13 mystery, the government’s weapon’s initiatives for Managing an ET threat including the Inspiration for the HAARP Project, the Church’s Long-Standing Involvement in the UFO Phenomenon and association with the notorious Men in Black, secret programs for achieving Global Dominance using the ET Advantage, and evidence of ET Involvement in Human Evolution & the Ecosystem.

Alien Walking in Portuguese Desert Is Taking The Internet By Storm

Bizarre video of an unknown figure creeping through the desert baffles internet users

We are publishing this for entertainment purposes. This video is taking the internet by storm. You decide

BIZARRE footage shows a mythical beast creeping through the Portuguese desert, conspiracy theorists claim.
Viewers are divided as to what the creature could be, with some claiming it’s an alien, while others claim it’s a relative of Big Foot.
In the strange clip, the unknown being appears to move through the derelict wasteland.
The figure, which resembles Gollum from Lord of The Rings, almost completely blends in with its surroundings.
After the camera sweeps around to give viewers a full look at the landscapes, it attempts to refocus on the creature.
Weirdly, when it zooms back in, the beast is nowhere to be seen.
ince the strange clip was posted to YouTube channel Alien Sightings, it’s been viewed a staggering 204,000 times.
One commenter insisted that the mystery figure is the chupacabara, a legendary creature that is believed to originate from Puerto Rico.
Others have assured that it must be an extraterrestrial being or a relative of Big Foot.
One viewer claimed: “It looks like a starving big foot”, while another insisted it was an “alien”.
Even though the footage has sparked debate online, not everyone is convinced by the theorists’ claims.
One YouTube user said: “Extremely poor camera quality. I don’t believe it.”
Another agreed: “Funny how you can never get a clear picture of these so-called alien sightings.
“Hard for anyone to believe them when it happens all the time.”

Is There New Evidence That Aliens Are Building On Tabby's Star

Tabby's star shows evidence that there is an alien civilization building a Dyson Sphere around it. KIC8462852 truth of the Alien conspiracy . Has an alien civilization much more advanced than our own, built giant structures to orbit its own sun?

After exhausting the energy supply of its home planet, did an alien race build a structure to capture more of its energy? These structures are known as Dyson spheres. A Dyson Sphere is a giant hypothetical structure built to surround a star and reflect back its energy. They were named after the physicist Freeman Dyson.

If these aliens needed to harness the energy of their home star, they might construct enormous solar panels by the millions. Send them into orbit to beam starlight down to their planet’s surface. From earth, NASA's Kepler telescope might see the star flicker in irregular ways as the giant panels circled around it. It’s very hard to describe how massive something like this would have to be. Think of it this way.
Science fiction, of course, right? Complete fantasy? Not so fast. Consider this..... KIC8462852. It has recently become the primary subject of much ongoing research.

The strange fluctuations in this star’s light are what caused Yale astronomer Tabetha (Tabby) Boyajian, who first discovered the star to describe it as… “The most mysterious star in the universe. We’d never seen anything like this star. It was really weird.
>
Astronomer Bradley E. Schaefer from Louisiana State University's findings had suggested a long-term dimming of the Tabby star. A brightness decreases by 20 percent over the last century. That is highly difficult to explain by natural means. But it is consistent with the idea that aliens were gradually converting the material in the star’s planetary system into giant megastructures.

Schaefer’s study has now been accepted for publication in the peer-reviewed Astrophysical Journal. Schaefer said that independent measures by astronomers show that Tabby’s star has indeed faded. The dips found by Kepler are real. Something seems to be transiting in front of this star, and we still have no idea what it is!” Schaefer took a hard look at this mysterious star not only using the Kepler telescope data but using a collection

of roughly 500,000 sky photographs in the archives of Harvard College Observatory. Two independent sources now show Tabby Star is displaying unique and inexplicable photometric variations. These findings have scientists scratching their headOf course none have wanted to say that it is solid evidence of intelligent aliens. That's how you lose research grants.

Jason Wright, an astronomer at Penn State University has stated "Aliens should always be the very last hypothesis you consider. But this looked like something you would expect an alien civilization to build, We need to consider that perhaps we’ve caught an advanced alien civilization in the process of building something massive near KIC8462852.” Could this be some sort of Dyson Sphere type mega-structure built by a highly advanced civilization?

How likely is it for 648,000 giant-comets to exist around one star? And to have their orbits orchestrated so as to all pass in front of the star within the last century? This century-long dimming is a strong argument against the comet hypothesis to explain the Kepler dips. It has been going on for as long as we’ve had telescopes to point at the sky. The comets would have to be the size of a separate solar system to explain it. Dr. Schaefer says that is “completely implausible.”

As observed by the Kepler spacecraft, everyone agrees that Tabby Star's light can appear strongly and weirdly irregular. Anywhere from a fraction of- a percent to around 20 percent of the star’s light sometimes is apparently blocked. That’s why astronomers began talking about alien megastructures, the Dyson spheres. These vast structures are the best explanation for what might be periodically blocking the star’s light.

The SETI Institute is seriously researching the possibility that this stellar system might be home to an advanced civilization!!!

To investigate this idea, scientists have been using the Allen Telescope Array to search for non-natural radio signals from the direction of the mystery star. This effort is looking for both narrow-band signals as well as somewhat broader transmissions that might be produced, for example, by powerful spacecraft.

The world’s top astronomers of the SETI program have refused to rule out the possibility of an extraterrestrial mega structure orbiting the Tabby star. They have stated that they were unable to disprove the theory that a massive artificial structure is causing the mysterious light patterns spotted around the distant star. Here is Tabby's TED Talk.

Lost Tapes Reveal NASA Astronauts Heard Music From The Back Side Of The Moon

LOST TAPES REVEAL APOLLO ASTRONAUTS HEARD UNEXPLAINED ‘MUSIC’ ON FAR SIDE OF THE MOON

Recently declassified transcripts and tape recordings from NASA’s Apollo 10 lunar mission have revealed that the astronauts aboard the spacecraft heard music-like radio transmissions as they made their pass behind the moon. The experience is said to have perplexed the crew so much that they questioned whether or not they should report it back to NASA for fear of jeopardizing their suitability for space flight.

It was May of 1969 when the Apollo 10 crew took launch and made their way toward their lunar orbit. After about 3 days of flight, they entered the moon’s orbit and began testing the components and procedures for a lunar landing; a sort of “dress rehearsal” for the first lunar landing to be made by Apollo 11. As the Apollo 10 spacecraft began to make its way toward the far side of the moon, communications with Earth were lost entirely. Once out of Earth’s line of sight, it takes about an hour before communications are reestablished. At some point during the hour of (what should have been) silence, the crew began receiving unusual sounding transmissions in their headsets:

“It sounds like, you know, outer space-type music.”

“You hear that? That whistling sound? Whooooooooo!”

“It’s unbelievable! You know?”

“Shall we tell them about it?”

“I don’t know. We ought to think about it.”

“The Apollo 10 crew was very used to the kind of noise that they should be hearing. Logic tells me that if there was something recorded on there, then there was something there,” Apollo 15 astronaut Al Worden said on the Science Channel program. “NASA would withhold information from the public if they thought it was in the public’s best interest.”
