God Particle, Quantum Physics, Basic Understanding of UFO Behavior

Quantum Physic 101, Key to understanding UFOs and the unexplainable, quarks, leptons  wave particle duality will give us the answers!

Quantum physics is relatively new to the world and we are just beginning wrap our minds around it, , Quantum physics explains multiple dimensions and multiple universes and how a craft could appear and reappear so suddenly. Once you start to understand even the most basic principles it really starts to put the entire UFO situation into perspective.
Cern is currently using the Large Hadron Collider  (LHC), the world’s largest accelerator – or as CERN describes it, “one of the most sophisticated scientific tools ever built to explore new territories of knowledge.”

The one thing you can say with any certainty aboutquantum physics is that there is no certainty about quantum physics. During the first part of the 20th century, physicists and mathematicians turned their minds to the study of the unseen components of our world: atoms, elections and even subatomic particles. While the laws of physics worked reliably in the larger sphere -- a dropped object always falls down, two objects can't occupy the same space at the same time and so on -- these scientists were perplexed to discover that this new physics seemed to be a law unto itself. Physicist Max Planck called the tiny particles of light he was studying quanta, and he came to realize that light isn't a continuous wave, but exists with an arbitrary amount, or quanta, of energy. Thus the term "quantum physics" was born [source: PBS].

Haldron Collider

The baffling part about quantum physics is that unlike its inflexible forebear, classical physics, the rules keep changing and the results of an experiment or equation can't be predicted. Often, physicists are as shocked by the results as anyone. Sometimes, the theories can't be proved except by imaginary experiments. After more than a century, quantum physics continues to be a source of mystery and amazement.
In this article, we'll take a look at some of the questions most commonly asked about quantum physics. We'll explore some practical applications of this bizarre science and examine some of its more esoteric aspects -- the possibility that the universe exists only in our minds and the search for the "God particle."

NASA, Star in Orion Produces Green Crystal Rainstorm

NASA Telescope Sees Green Crystal Rain on an Infant Star

Astronomy may be hard science, but there's always been a whiff of Disney about it too. What else beyond enchantment could explain the ice volcanoes on Neptune's moon Triton, the helium rain in the atmosphere of Jupiter, the beads of colored glass scattered across the surface of the moon? Now you can add one more through-the-looking-glass feature to the fantasyland that is the cosmos: the green crystal rain falling on a young star in the constellation Orion.

Rainfall of green crystals

Since 2003, the Spitzer Space Telescope has been studying the universe in the infrared spectrum - looking, essentially, at how different phenomena play out at different temperatures - and the upper reaches of stars has been one of its areas of investigation. Several years ago, the telescope turned its giant eye toward a star called HOPS-68, which is located in Orion about 1,350 light years from Earth. The data it gathered, like much of the information all space telescopes collect, was initially recorded and banked, awaiting the time astronomers could break it down and analyze it. That analysis was just completed and the findings were published in the newest edition of Astrophysical Journal Letters. The conclusions the scientists reached were clearly worth the wait.

What Spitzer observed was a sort of perpetual crystalline rainstorm made of a bright green mineral of a class called olivine, pouring down on the infant star. Olivine is a magnesium iron silicate that exists throughout the universe - in distant galaxies and local comets - as well as in earthly jewelry stores, in a pristine, gem-quality form called peridot. Various kinds of olivine were also collected on the moon throughout the Apollo program. Lunar olivine was created by great volcanoes called fire fountains, which sprayed superheated lava into the sky. As the aerosolized material settled back down to the surface and cooled, it formed glass beads. It was the crew of Apollo 15 who first found green olivine - specifically, a magnesium-rich variety that goes by the name forsterite, which is also the kind that was spotted by Spitzer.

UFO Sighting 2011, Southern Russia Hotspot for UFOs, Crop Circles

Crop Circles and UFOs in Southern Russia becoming commonplace in 2011

It seems that a tremendous amount of activity is taking place in Southern Russia lately, There have been massive unexplained crop circles that have caused large traffic jams and multiple UFO sightings.
ET seems to feel at home in southern Russia. Recent unexplained lights in the sky, which have been caught on camera, are among the increasing sightings that are baffling the locals.
The shape of these projectors made us believe that this was a flying saucer, or whatever it was it was rather large,” says Sergey Kolpikov, who has witnessed the lights in his home village in Russia’s Krasnodar region, which is preparing to host the

The Kolpikovs were the only people to film the lights and have become overnight celebrities.
The UFO tape was immediately aired on local television. The local channel TVK ran a feature story about the sighting, and posted the video on the internet.
Local reporter Aleksandr Kulik broke the story, which made a complete change from his usual fare of milk yields and regional politics. Now he is ready to take on the X-Files.
When we shared the video on our website, people started copy-pasting it, so we got responses from at least five other eyewitnesses all over the Krasnodar region, who also spotted this particular UFO,” says Kulik.
Ufologists say the area in Russia's south is similar to that around Roswell in New Mexico – a UFO highway filled, apparently, with alien visitors.
But some experts like Vadim Chernobrov from “Cosmosearch”, an international research group that studies UFOs, are not totally convinced about the sighting. Many can be explained, although not all of them.
Besides the Chinese lanterns, or hot air balloons, or fakes, or atmosphere phenomena, Krasnodar region has a very high frequency of real extraterrestrial activity, almost the highest in the whole country. And in places like Sochi, which is a big city that stretches along the coast, there is of course a better chance to spot something unusual,” says Chernobrov.

So why all this interstellar traffic in the Russian South? Maybe they are getting a sneak preview of the Sochi Olympics, or maybe they just like the place. Whatever it is, the truth is out there – somewhere.

 Endeavour' Astronauts on Extraterrestrial Life

"We'll find something out there."

Astronauts are probably one of the largest groups of professionals that have reported UFOs and supposedly intelligent life in the universe and even the ones that have not had first hand experience with UFOs believe that intelligent life is out there, who are we to doubt them!

The human race will find life elsewhere in the Universe as it pushes ahead with space exploration, reported astronauts of the space shuttle Endeavour.  The US space shuttle Endeavour prepares today to undock from the International Space Station and jet back to Earth, wrapping up its final journey before entering retirement, NASA said.

"If we push back boundaries far enough, I'm sure eventually we'll find something out there," said Mike Foreman, a mission specialist on the Endeavour, "Maybe not as evolved as we are, but it's hard to believe that there is not life somewhere else in this great Universe," he added.

The crew members on Endeavour's past missions said that so far they have not seen anything inexplicable or mysterious in terms of other life forms.

"I personally believe that we are going to find something that we can't explain," said another astronaut, Gregory Johnson. "There is probably something out there but I've never seen it," he said.

Dominic Gorie, the crew commander and veteran of four space flights, points out that explorers in past eras did not know what they would find before setting off across the ocean. "As we travel in the space, we don't know what we'll find. That's the beauty of what we do. I hope that someday we'll find what we don't understand."

But it could take a while before human beings come into contact with extraterrestrial life, Richard Linnehan, a fellow mission specialist and believer in the possibilities of extraterrestrial life, has said: "Unfortunately we are taking only baby steps in outer space efforts, and we left our planet barely a few hundred miles above the atmosphere," he said.

Takao Doi, a Japanese astronaut on past Endeavour missions, agreed "life like us must exist" elsewhere in the Universe. The comments come after a surprisingly high-level debate in Japan about UFOs.

Japan's Foreign Minister, Nobutaka Machimura said in 2007 that he personally believed aliens existed, in an unusual rebuttal to a government statement that Japan had no knowledge of UFOs. Defence Minister Shigeru Ishiba went as far as to say that he was studying the legal ramifications of responding to an alien attack in light of Japan's post-World War II pacifist constitution.

At the celebration marking the 50th anniversary of NASA, Stephen Hawking, Newton's heir as the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at the University of Cambridge, answered the question, “Are we alone?” His answer is short and simple; probably not!

Hawking presented three options. One, being that there is no life out there;  and two –- somewhat pessimistically, but subsequently, a little too realistic –- being that when intelligent life gets smart enough to send signals in to space, it is also busying itself with making nuclear bombs.

Hawking, known not only for his sharp mind, but his sharp sense of humor, prefers option number three: "Primitive life is very common and intelligent life is fairly rare," he quickly added: "Some would say it has yet to occur on earth."

Alien abductions, in Hawking’s view, are nothing more than claims made by “weirdos,” but we should be careful if we ever happen upon an alien. Because alien life may not have DNA like ours, Hawking warns "Watch out if you would meet an alien. You could be infected with a disease with which you have no resistance."

Other prominent astrobiologists have warned that we humans may be blinded by our familiarity with carbon and Earth-like conditions. In other words, what we’re looking for may not even lie in our version of a “sweet spot”. After all, even here on Earth, one species “sweet spot” is another’s species worst nightmare. In any case, it is not beyond the realm of feasibility that our first encounter with extraterrestrial life will not be a solely carbon-based occasion.

So what about water? Isn’t at least water essential to life? Not necessarily. Ammonia, for example, has many of the same properties as water. An ammonia or ammonia-water mixture stays liquid at much colder temperatures than plain water. Such biochemistries may exist outside the conventional water-based "habitability zone". One example of such a location would be right here in our own solar system on Saturn's largest moon Titan.

Hydrogen fluoride methanol, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, and formamide have all been suggested as suitable solvents that could theoretically support alternative biochemistry. All of these “water replacements” have pros and cons when considered in our terrestrial environment. What needs to be considered is that with a radically different environment, comes radically different reactions. Water and carbon might be the very last things capable of supporting life in some extreme planetary conditions.

NASA, New Plasma Technology Fights Superbugs

New Technology in space helps us combat the superbugs

The spacemen’s weapon is a superhot, electrically charged gas called plasma developed by scientists.
They found it can zap viruses and super-strains of bacteria such as the drug-resistant MRSA – Staphylococcus aureus – and C difficile that are a major challenge in hospital wards.
International space station as seen from the shuttle
Research into fighting the bugs in space has been led by Dr Gregor Morfill, of Germany’s Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics, since 2001.
With European Space Agency backing, he is adapting the new space technology so that it can beat the superbugs at home and keep patients safe.
Dr Morfill said: “It’s the longest-running space experiment in the history of human spaceflight. What we have with plasma is the possibility to supplement our own immune system.”
Doctor and nurses have seen an alarming rise in superbugs that can survive even the strongest antibiotics. MRSA kills 37,000 people a year in the European Union alone and affects more than 150,000 patients.
A report in The Times in 2008 (latest numbers available)  said that deaths from MRSA and C difficile in the UK had risen above 10,000 a year, though infection rates have fallen since then.
Dr Morfills’s team is adapting a cold plasma weapon that will wipe out the bugs by penetrating deep into cracks and crevices, unlike UV light that just disinfects surfaces.
Dr Morfill says his new system will use plasma’s innate antibacterial properties to make disinfection quick and easy.
He said: “It has many practical applications, from hand hygiene into food hygiene, disinfection of medical instruments, personal hygiene, even dentistry – this could be used in many, many fields.”
The technology could also be used to sterilise spaceprobes and satellites so that they do not carry Earthly contamination to other planets. Read the ESA report on this research here.

UFO, UFO Cover up, UFO Files, Churchill's Cover up is Understandable

Churchill's Cover Up

Foo Fighters were not uncommon during WWII, pilots from every country reported seeing them. The governments went to great lengths to cover up this information. At the time it made sense as each believed they were superior weapons being employed by the other side. They were clearly UFOs of unknown origin. These UFO sightings were reported by the British, Americans, Australians, Germans and others.

During WWII there was a dramatic increase in UFOs at the time called boogies, it was not uncommon at all for pilots to report UFO sightings. There was a particularly high number of sightings in an around Germany. To this day this is still an unexplained mystery!

Stephen Hawking, on Aliens,Warnings, Theories, Just What is He Saying

STONEFIELD BEACH, Ore. – The search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) is the collective name for a search for intelligent extraterrestrial life, but famed British scientist Stephen Hawking is warning that the SETI efforts to actively “contact possible intelligent life out there is way too risky and dangerous,” states the new book “First Contact” that also notes how Hawking is convinced “that other higher life forms do exist in the galaxies and would more likely raid Earth for its resources and move on.”

“First Contact: Scientific Breakthroughs in the Hunt for Life Beyond Earth” by Marc Kaufman, the national editor for The Washington Post, is a recently published book that does not dispute alien life but, instead, fears it. In turn, there’s new promise of cracking the extraterrestrial barrier, writes Kaufman, who points to “prominent scientists from NASA to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, from the Carnegie Institution of Washington to Princeton and Cambridge universities, have decided to ignore the giggle factor associated with UFOs and ET and join the quest.”

Moreover, the recently release British government documents -- that number more than 8,500 and include links to tens of thousands of other UFO sighting material – also confirm reports in Federal Bureau of Investigation files that are now available to the public on the Internet with the FBI’s “the Vault,” that also confirms that UFO sightings have been based on real events and facts that were previously put under lock and key to protect the public.

This story is number ten in an occasional series of reports about what the secret British UFO files contain, and what new information these documents reveal.

Alien life found both outside and on the Earth

“In the past 10 years we have found that hundreds of planets orbit distant suns not too different from our own and can reasonably infer that billions more exist,” writes Kaufman in his new book “First Contact.”

“Put all this together and the unavoidable question becomes whether, at bottom, we’re all Martians – quite literally descendants of life from Mars or other planets,” adds Kaufman in his First Contact book’s chapter “The Biggest Discovery of Them All.”

Moreover, the author presents views on what to do when the alien’s reveal themselves in mass and either take on the Earth or simply let it be as aliens have been doing for thousands of years.

“As someone who also advocates in favor of terra-forming Mars as a sanctuary for Earthlings after we ruin the planet, there is a certain irony to Hawking’s views,” writes Kaufman.

In turn, Kaufman references a statement given my Hawking – one of the most respected physicist’s in the world – earlier this year that’s alarming to those who view aliens as possibly friendly.

“We only have to look at ourselves to see how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn’t want to meet,” states Hawking in a statement that was not previously released to the public do to fear it would cause coming from one of the world’s top brains.

“I imagine they might exist in massive ships, having used all the resources from their home planet. Such advanced aliens would perhaps become nomads, looking to conquer and colonize whatever planets they can reach. If aliens ever visit us, I think the outcome would be much as when Christopher Columbus first landed in America, which didn’t turn out very well for the Native Americans,” asserted Professor Hawking in his report on why he fears SETI or other contact with alien life.

In turn, the recently released British UFO documents presents numerous references to Hawking’s research on alien life in dozens of the 8,500 previously top secret UFO documents that the British government now feels the public can handle given the breakthroughs in the digital age.

Washington Post reporter digs deep to find the truth

“Marc Kaufman, a world-class reporter whose writing is clear and clean, is just the right author for First Contact. I found this book as thrilling as it is illuminating,” stated a review for the book that’s viewed by Oregon UFO “watchers” here at the popular UFO viewing site at Stonefield Beach as “answering those who fear invasion, but what about aliens who’ve already visited Earth and are still here living in various alien gangs.”

For instance, during recent big blue skies over the Pacific Ocean at Stonefield Beach – that later gave way to “a circle of light” that one local noted as “heaven opening up for another soul,” while others who watched this circle of light said “it’s a sign of reincarnation” from ancient days."

However, such a sighting is not unique given possible visits by UFOs, said Professor Hawking who also noted that heaven “is a fairy story,” in a recent interview.

Professor Hawking is also quoted in London’s “The Guardian” newspaper May 16 that “the notion of alien life is real, but dangerous."

At the same time, there are plenty of locals in this Pacific Northwest who attend reincarnation events where they go into a state of hypnotism to help recall their past lives that are tied to alien “first contact” encounters.

Hawking believes in science over God and is speaking out

Stephen Hawking, 69, has not had an easy life. He was diagnosed with A.L.S. at age 21, reports the London-based newspaper The Guardian May 16 in a report about the famous British physicist’s non-belief in an afterlife after being asked if he feared death.

"I have lived with the prospect of an early death for the last 49 years. I'm not afraid of death, but I'm in no hurry to die. I have so much I want to do first," he told the newspaper.

"I regard the brain as a computer which will stop working when its components fail. There is no heaven of afterlife for broken down computers; that is a fairy story for people who are afraid of the dark."

British media analysts noted that Hawking – who many view as a genius in the mold of Albert Einstein – is now going beyond the comments he made about God and no afterlife in his 2010 book, “The Grand Design,” that The Guardian reported as “stirring up passions” with Hacking’s views that “science can explain the universe’s origin without invoking God.”

“Hawking has far outlived most people who have A.L.S., also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, producing important cosmological research and writing books. His A Brief History of Time, published in 1988, has sold more than 9 million copies,” stated The Guardian interview with Hawking a day before Hawking is scheduled to address the question “Why are we here?” at the Google “Zeitgeist” meeting in London where Hawking also warned scientists about SETI research as alerting aliens to Earth as easy pickings.

“In the talk,” according to The Guardian, “Hawking will argue that the tiny fluctuations in the very early universe became the seeds from which galaxies, stars, and ultimately human life emerged from possible alien contact.”

"Science predicts that many different kinds of universe will be spontaneously created out of nothing. It is a matter of chance which we are in," Hawking said.

Area 51, Aliens, An Uncensored History, Were the Last Seven Pages Added to Sell Books

Jacobsen in the hot seat on Dateline
Were the last seven pages added to sell books!

You could see this coming a mile away, when the author's story is more bizarre then aliens crashing and being (at least one) taken hostage then it is only a matter of time before the author's premise is challenged.

(Video 4 min)

Jacobsen's new booked being called into to question!

Last night’s Nightline featured a confrontation between Annie Jacobsen, the author of the controversial book about Area 51 making worldwide headlines, and ABC reporter, Bill Weir. Jacobsen arranged to have Weir talk to the anonymous witness of one of the most contentious claims of her book, regarding Stalin’s involvement with the Roswell UFO crash in 1947. However, Weir says the witness told him that he did not make all of the claims laid out in the book, and described the gentleman as “in his late eighties, seemed obviously confused and conflicted.”

In her book, Jacobsen claims that a retired EG&G engineer, who wished to remain anonymous, had told her that he had witnessed the parts and bodies from the alleged crashed UFO near Roswell, NM in 1947. He says they were brought to Area 51 after being stored at Wright Patterson Field in Dayton, Ohio. The reason the base is called Ares 51, Jacobsen claims, is because these materials arrived in 1951.

In the book, the witness says he found that the craft was actually a version of an advanced German aircraft, called a Horton Flying Wing, and that the bodies were children that had been mutilated by Josef Mengele, the infamous Nazi physician who had performed gruesome human experiments in concentration camps during World War II. Stalin had flown this craft over the U.S. , with the mangled children, in order to trick the Americans into thinking this was a spacecraft flown by extraterrestrials inciting a mass panic similar to the one caused by the airing of the radio program, The War of the Worlds.

Last seven pages seem out of sync!

Jacobsen says that UFO researchers and skeptics alike have had a hard time buying her story, but she stood by the credibility of her witness, and thus far faced little derision by the media. That was until last night, when Weir asked her about the discrepancies and appeared flabbergasted that Jacobsen still stood by every bit of the story.

Other engineers in her book were also given a chance to speak out, many of them feeling “snookered”. They feel the information about Roswell may have been added just to sell books, jeopardizing their chance to share their real life experiences.

Earthquake, Earthquake News, Italy Charges Seven With Manslaughter For Not Predicting Quake

Italian Seismologists Charged With Manslaughter for Not Predicting 2009 Quake

This story borders on the bizarre and obscene, dateline is Rome May 27, 2011
Published May 27, 2011 | FoxNews.com

Italian government officials have accused the country's top seismologist of manslaughter, after failing to predict a natural disaster that struck Italy in 2009, a massive devastating earthquake that killed 308 people.

A shocked spokesman for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) likened the accusations to a witch hunt.

It has a medieval flavor to it -- like witches are being put on trial," the stunned spokesman told FoxNews.com.

Enzo Boschi, the president of Italy's National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), will face trial along with six other scientists and technicians, after failing to predict the future and the impending disaster.

Earthquakes are, of course, nearly impossible to predict, seismologists say. In fact, according to the website for the USGS, no major quake has ever been predicted successfully.

"Neither the USGS nor Caltech nor any other scientists have ever predicted a major earthquake," reads a statement posted on the USGS website. "They do not know how, and they do not expect to know how any time in the foreseeable future."

John Vidale, a Washington State seismologist and professor at the University of Washington, agreed that earthquake forecasting is simply impossible.

"We're not able to predict earthquakes very well at all," he told LiveScience.

"One problem is, we don't know how much stress it takes to break a fault," Vidale told the site. "Second we still don't know how much stress is down there. All we can do is measure how the ground is deforming."

Not knowing either of these factors makes it pretty tough to figure out when stresses will get to the point of a rupture, and an earth-shaking quake, LiveScience explained.

The seven scientists were placed under investigation almost a year ago, according to a news story on the website of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) -- the world's largest general-science society and a leading voice for the interests of scientists worldwide.

Alan Leschner, chief executive of AAAS, said his group wrote a letter to the Italian government last year -- clearly, to no avail.

"Whoever made these accusations misunderstands the nature of science, the nature of the discipline and how difficult it is to predict anything with the surety they expect," Leschner told FoxNews.com.

The case could have a "chilling effect" on scientists, he noted.

"It reflects a lack of understanding about what science can and can't do," he said. "And frankly, it will have an effect of intimidating scientists ... This just feels like either scapegoating or an attempt to intimidate a community. This really seems inappropriate."

Judge Giuseppe Romano Gargarella said that the seven defendants had supplied "imprecise, incomplete and contradictory information," in a press conference following a meeting held by the committee 6 days before the quake, reported the Italian daily Corriere della Sera

In doing so, they "thwarted the activities designed to protect the public," the judge said.

Boschi's lawyer, Marcello Melandri, has been taking the news badly, reported the AAAS story. He was particularly stunned because -- despite of the near impossibility of predicting earthquakes Boshi had been indicating that a large earthquake would be coming, though he did not say when.

Melandri told the AAAS that Boschi never sought to reassure the population of L'Aquila that there was no threat. On the contrary, the INGV head made it clear that "at some point it is probable that there will be a big earthquake."

In addition to Boschi, those facing trial are:

* Franco Barberi, committee vice president;
* Bernardo De Bernardinis, at the time vice president of Italy's Civil Protection Department and now president of the country's Institute for Environmental Protection and Research;
* Giulio Selvaggi, director of the National Earthquake Center;
* Gian Michele Calvi, director of the European Center for Training and Research in Earthquake Engineering;
* Claudio Eva, an earth scientist at the University of Genoa; and
* Mauro Dolce, director of the office of seismic risk at the Civil Protection Department.
